I had some fun with the wildest of friends
They took me to the park and they threw me away in the fens
I wondered all night my hand held like a gun
I wondered 'til I found the light from the city of fun
And this 'don't know mind' I give to this pilgrimage
We go marching by twos and our horses run loose
And we can't go back
That's a natural fact
I see their silver faces following us in the sky
The towns people gathered around the square to see the tightrope walker fight the bear
I am the bear with the dullest of claws made to fight this life on a rope of meaningless laws
And this don't know mind I give to life's pilgrimage
We go marching by twos and our horses run loose and we can't go back that's a natural fact
I see their silver faces following us in the sky

Took me one run to get into, but while listening to it for a 2nd time, it ran me over like a heavy loaded truck. This is full of everything, a proper mixture of all kind of emotions and feelings. It hit each single nerve of my very body (in a positive way) pinkflamingott

I love this one so much I've bought it twice! I bought the download version almost 2 years ago, and recently bought the 2LP version. What a great decision! The packaging is a work of art. And the vinyl is SO HEAVY! No idea what the gram weight is but it's substantial. Lovely essay by Mary and groovy sleeve design. I can't pick a favorite track since I love it all start to finish. heypauliepaul

This records shreds like a fresh wave of 80’s guitar rock like the Cars, Pat Benetar, Fleetwood Mac, and Joan Jett all wrapped up into one package of stellar production! This album stands out dramatically from the previous “Rips” for the hi-fi polished crystal clear production that veteran flawless musicianship deserves! John Isaacson

I saw them in 1991 or 1992 opening for some band in Wash. DC. Had never heard of Autoclave before and was thoroughly blown away. 30 years later still am.
